Delicate Arch I

My daughter and I arrived at Arches much too late to make the trek out to Delicate Arch.  We were forced to settle with the view from the Lower and Upper Delicate Arch Viewpoints.  These areas are pretty simple hikes but the view isn't at all impressive.  You can make out Delicate Arch easily enough but you don't grasp exactly what your looking at, the scale and size of the thing.

The next day the kiddo and I got up early, had a healthy breakfast, and set off bound and determined to get up close and personal with this beautiful natural treasure.  Here are the results.  If you're ever in Arches and you're debating making the hike up to Delicate Arch just do it.  You won't be disappointed (Google Map).
